Anna Kilinski Brent (a.k.a. Anna K) loves seeing people break through their perceived limitations. She also loves a good challenge, a fierce competition and a chance to flex her impeccable negotiation skills. A fearless leader, bar setter, visionary and coach, Anna isn’t just the brains behind The Anna K Intown Team—she’s the heart. Her genuine care and full investment in the success of every client and team member have propelled AKI to become not just an award-winning real estate team, but Atlanta’s favorite real estate team. Anna K doesn’t do anything halfway. A New Orleans native who was practically born into real estate, she swore she’d never join the family business. But everything changed in 2006, when she helped a local builder develop new-construction homes inside the city. She got an inside look at how it all comes together, watching something vintage become shiny and new for buyers. Fourteen years later, she’s never looked back.
