Old Fourth Ward
Thanks to the BeltLine and the transformation of the old Sears Factory into the shopping and dining landmark known as Ponce City Market, O4W is fast becoming the face of new Atlanta. With industrial roots and a legacy of Black-owned businesses and homes, the neighborhood is full of street art, cultural richness and old buildings with great bones.
Famed for hallowed historic sites like The Carter Center and Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Ebenezer Baptist Church, the neighborhood is also known for artsy bars on Edgewood Avenue, new breweries on the BeltLine and popular shops at Studioplex.
