Having worked in hospitality before earning her real estate license, Jess Phillips loves meeting new people from different backgrounds. As a Buying Partner, she knows everyone’s dream home is different, and she has the insight and inside knowledge to help them find the one that’s just right.

The Saratoga Springs, NY native and Keene State grad is known for her organizational skills and willingness to lend a helping hand both inside and outside the office. Jess and her boyfriend live in College Park. She spends much of her time practicing yoga, exploring restaurants, listening to live music, or enjoying time outdoors with friends. When she’s not perfecting her downward dog, she’s chasing her actual dog around her backyard while attempting to keep her inherited garden in bloom.
