With a lifelong passion for helping others and a natural eye for seeing potential in every space, Kristen Parker thrives on helping buyers find their next home and build wealth through real estate. Before stepping into real estate, Kristen spent 25 years in military recruitment advertising, event marketing, sales, and project management—fields that sharpened her ability to manage details, build strong relationships, and show up with energy and care. She’s also a wellness consultant with Arbonne and loves helping people live their healthiest lives, through hosting wellness retreats in her neighborhood of Avondale Estates, or consulting with them on their health journey.  Whether helping buyers see past clutter to imagine their dream kitchen or creating clarity in the ups and downs of a transaction, Kristen brings a sense of calm and clarity to every client journey.

Kristen lives in Avondale Estates with her husband, Greg, and is a proud and devoted mom to three amazing kids—Annabelle, Sam, and Henry. Having walked alongside her son, Sam, during his leukemia journey, Kristen is passionate about raising awareness for children’s cancers and raising money for Camp Sunshine, where children facing cancer can simply be themselves and experience the joy of childhood.  When she’s not cheering from the sidelines at one of her kids’ sports events or pulling comps for a buyer, you’ll find her hosting a gathering, soaking up sun at the Avondale pool and lake, or traveling to visit family in Minnesota and Florida.
