We worked with Chelsea Monaco to find our dream home in Atlanta in June 2021. Chelsea was a dream to work with - her drive and passion for helping her clients find the perfect home was very apparent. Chelsea handled everything from helping us find a mortgage broker to recommending maintenance and painters. She even offered to help us find a contractor to fix something in our house months after we purchased it! She has checked on us several times over the last six months, offering to help if we ever need anything - the kind of service that is impossible to find these days. Chelsea is incredibly knowledgeable and quick with the ever changing Atlanta real estate market. Do yourself a favor and hire her as your realtor - you will not be disappointed.
Ashley was phenomenal, as was her team! We never expected to have so much support and assistance through the process of selling our home. Everyone went above and beyond. The entire team and operation is amazing. A very smart and professional way to sell a house.
